Rendang

  • 2 lemon grass stalks
  • 3 red onions
  • 6 garlic cloves

Cocoa cake

  • 200g sugar
  • 150ml olive oil
  • 3 eggs

  • 6 eggs, split in yolks and whites

Crust:

  • 2 cups crumbled biscuits
  • ⅓ cup butter

Tiramisu

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 ts amaretto (or Marsala wine)

Banana bread

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 eggs (or ½ cup milk)

Apple ginger muffins

  • 3 cup flour
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup caster sugar

  • 2kg tomatoes
  • 500g carrots
