- 2 lemon grass stalks
 - 3 red onions
 - 6 garlic cloves
 

Cocoa cake
- 200g sugar
 - 150ml olive oil

Sponge cake
- 6 eggs, split in yolks and whites
 - ½ cup sugar
 

Panna cotta
- 1/2 cup whole milk
 - 3 gelatin leaves
 
Simmer for 5 mins until gelatin is dissolved and add:

- 3 egg whites
 - 1 cup crystal sugar
 - ½ ts salt
 

Lemon jelly
- 6 juiced limes, 3 of them grated
 - 1 cup crystal sugar
 - 2 cups water

Crust:
- 2 cups crumbled biscuits
 - ⅓ cup butter
 

Tiramisu
- 4 egg yolks
 - 1 cup sugar
 - 2 ts amaretto (or Marsala wine)
 

Banana bread
- 3 ripe bananas
 - 3 cups flour
 - 2 eggs (or ½ cup milk)
 

Apple ginger muffins
- 3 cup flour
 - 1 cup butter
 - 1 cup caster sugar

- 1 ½ cup flour
 - 1 ½ cup corn flour (yellow)
 - ½ cup butter
