- 200g lentils, boiled for 25 minutes
- ½ cucumber
- 5 cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters
Pumpkin soup
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger root
Ricotta mint sauce
- 200 g AH cottage cheese
- 10 g fresh mint (of parsley or basil)
- 5 g fresh chives
