Sponge cake
- 6 eggs, split in yolks and whites
- ½ cup sugar
Panna cotta
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3 gelatin leaves
Simmer for 5 mins until gelatin is dissolved and add:
Banana bread
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3 cups flour
- 2 eggs (or ½ cup milk)
Apple ginger muffins
- 3 cup flour
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup caster sugar
