
Cocoa cake
- 200g sugar
- 150ml olive oil
- 3 eggs

Sponge cake
- 6 eggs, split in yolks and whites
- ½ cup sugar

Panna cotta
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3 gelatin leaves
Simmer for 5 mins until gelatin is dissolved and add:

Meringue
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup crystal sugar
- ½ ts salt

Lemon jelly
- 6 juiced limes, 3 of them grated
- 1 cup crystal sugar
- 2 cups water

Cheesecake
Crust:
- 2 cups crumbled biscuits
- ⅓ cup butter

Orange cake
- 2 organic Valencia oranges boiled for 1 hour
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of honey

Tiramisu
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 ts amaretto (or Marsala wine)

Banana bread
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3 cups flour
- 2 eggs (or ½ cup milk)

Apple ginger muffins
- 3 cup flour
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup caster sugar
